Holiday Workouts
The holiday season is upon us and it`s an important time to regenerate through spending time with your loved ones. Its also time to indulge and enjoy some of the more decadent things that comes with the Christmas time. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
But… if you feel like you need to spend some energy on something just for you, below you will find some workouts that will not only keep you feeling fit and positive but also assist you in not seeing the effects of having too many sweet delights…
Session 1
Lizard,Ham,Couch,Bound
3x(20 push ups + 20 lunges + 40 ab cycles + 20m lizard crawl)
3x(6 squat jumps + 30 shallow dips)
Push up super set
3x (20 bird dog + 20 hitch hikers + 30 sec front plank)
3x 8 rotate to side plank
Session 2
3x(20 jumping jacks + 20 double arm swing jump + 1 min on the spot jog + 8 ball rolls)
4x(8 split squats+ 20 oblique twists)
3x( 20calf jumps + 12back hyper extension)
3x(12reverse sit up + 30 sec side plank)
3x 1min rope skip
Session 3
10 min run
Stretch
3x(12 push up s+ 20 lunges 40 ab cycles & 20m lizard crawl)
3x(6 squat jumps + 20 shallow dips)
Push up super set
3x(20 bird dog + 20 hitchhikers + 1 min front plank)
8 push up & rotate to side plank
Session 4
3x(1 min jumping jacks + 1 min double arm swing 1 min jump + on the spot jog)
4x(6 split squats + 20 oblique twists)
3x(12 reverse sit up + 30 sec side plank + 20m reverse crawl
6x 30m sprint
Session 5
Lizard,Couch,Ham
1000m run
10x(5 pull ups+ 10 push ups +20 squats)
1000m run
