So in our previous post( Read it here ) we discussed the role that food plays. Builders, Providers and boosters make up what we call: macro nutrients and micro nutrients.

What are macro and micro nutrients?

Macro number 2: Carbohydrates
A carbohydrate portion could consist of:
Macro number 3: Fats
Micronutrients
Each of the 3 macronutrients play a very specific role and as such food shouldn’t automatically be considered good or bad, rather think about what would provide you with a better result.
